Delivery Timelines
We follow a made-to-order system, which means each piece is crafted after your order is placed. This allows us to focus on quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. Hence our delivery timelines are as follows:
- Express Delivery: Available only on prepaid orders above Rs. 5000. Express orders typically arrive within 3–4 days from the date of order, depending on your location. This option may require an additional fee of Rs. 100–300, based on delivery destination. Please reach out to us at connect@sleeplove.co for express order requests.
- Regular Orders: Typically ship within 3–4 business days. Please allow another 3–4 business days for delivery.
- Pre-Order: Delivered within 4–5 weeks.
- International Delivery: Typically arrives within 8–12 days, depending on the destination.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all domestic orders over Rs. 2000.
- Free shipping on international orders over Rs. 10,000.
- For orders below these thresholds, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
Additional Information
- All orders are subject to product availability.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
- Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding festivals and national holidays.
- Delivery times may vary due to location, holidays, inclement weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
For international orders, customs duties and fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
7-Day Refund Guarantee
At Sleeplove, each piece is thoughtfully crafted with care and attention to detail. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not feel quite right for you.
That’s why we now offer a 100% Refund Guarantee:
- If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags intact.
- Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 1 working day.
- Refunds will be credited back to your original mode of payment.

Exchange Policy
We want you to feel completely comfortable in your Sleeplove piece. If you face any fit issues, we’re happy to offer a free size exchange:
- Notify us within 7 days of delivery with your order number.
- Exchanges are free of charge for an alternate size of the same product.
- The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
- Once we receive the returned product, we will ship out the requested size at no additional cost.
