Shipping & Returns

The total delivery timeline is the sum of Dispatch Time and Transit Time.

Dispatch Time

  • Same Day Dispatch Products: Shipped the same day if ordered before 1:00 PM IST. Orders placed after this cutoff ship on the next working day.

  • Regular Products: Dispatched within 2 working days from order confirmation.

  • Pre-Order Products: Dispatched within 2–4 working weeks.

Transit Time

  • Hyderabad: Delivered within a few hours if ordered before 1:00 PM IST.

  • Tier 1 Cities (India): 2 days from dispatch.

  • Rest of India: 3 days from dispatch.

  • International: 8–15 days from dispatch (subject to destination and customs clearance).

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on domestic orders over Rs. 2000 

  • Shipping charges for other orders are calculated at checkout.

Key Information

  • All orders are subject to product availability.

  • Tracking information is sent via email once the order is shipped.

  • Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding festivals and national holidays.

  • The recipient is responsible for all customs duties, tariffs, and fees on international orders.

7-Day Refund Guarantee

We want you to feel confident with your Sleeplove purchase. If for any reason your order doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help.

  • You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for a 100% refund.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all tags intact.

  • Once the returned item is received and verified, refunds are processed within 1 working day and credited to the original mode of payment.

  • Free reverse pickup will be arranged by us for all eligible returns.

  • Clearance sale items are not eligible for return or refund

Exchange Policy

If you require a different size, we’re happy to offer a free size exchange to ensure the perfect fit.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges are offered free of charge for an alternate size of the same product.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all tags intact.

  • Free reverse pickup will be arranged, and the replacement size will be shipped at no additional cost.

  • Clearance sale items are not eligible for exchange.
