Our Delivery Rhythms

Your total delivery timeline is the sum of Dispatch Time and Transit Time.

Dispatch Timelines:

  • Ready to Ship (Same Day): Orders placed before 1:00 PM IST ship the same day. Orders after the cutoff ship the next working day.

  • Standard Collection: Dispatched within 2 working days of confirmation.

  • Pre-Order Collection: Hand-crafted and dispatched within 2–4 working weeks.

Transit Times:

  • Hyderabad: Delivered within a few hours, for orders before 1:00 PM IST (For Ready to Ship Orders & only if requested for instant delivery)  .

  • Tier 1 Cities (India): ~2 days from dispatch.

  • Rest of India: 3–5 days from dispatch.

  • International: 8–15 days (subject to destination and customs).

Shipping Charges:

  • Domestic: Free shipping on all orders over ₹2,000.

  • Standard: Shipping for other orders is calculated at checkout.

Good to Know:

  • Tracking information is sent via email as soon as your order leaves us.

  • Our working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding national holidays.

  • International recipients are responsible for any destination-specific customs duties or fees.

2. Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident in your choice. If your Sleeplove order doesn’t feel right, we are here to help you find your rhythm.

  • 7-Day Window: Request a return within 7 days of delivery for a 100% refund.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags intact.

  • Simple Refunds: Once verified, refunds are processed within 2–3 working days to your original payment method.

  • Complimentary Pickup: We arrange free reverse pickups for all eligible domestic returns.

  • Note: Clearance sale items are final and not eligible for return or refund.

3. Exchange Policy

If you require a different size, we are happy to offer a free exchange to ensure your perfect fit.

  • Easy Exchange: Raise your request within 7 days of delivery.

  • Size Swap: Exchanges are free for an alternate size of the same product.

  • Condition: Items must be unused and unworn with tags intact.

  • Zero Cost: We arrange a free reverse pickup and ship your replacement at no additional charge.

  • Note: Clearance sale items are not eligible for exchange.
