The fabrics we use are sourced only from the best Indian manufacturers that follow fair, sustainable and ethical practices during manufacturing, and dying processes.

In general, most of our sleepwear can be machine washed on a gentle cycle with cold water and a mild detergent. Avoid using bleach and fabric softeners, and hang or lay flat to dry. 

But we also recommend going through the care instructions attached to your purchase, and following the care instructions for an extended life of your favorite sleep and lounge pieces. 

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the products that you purchase. Generally, all the ready to ship orders within India should arrive within 5-7 business days, while international orders may take longer. Some of our products are made to order and might take 10 to 14 business days to arrive. Check on the product page for product specific shipping time.

After your purchase, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Business days are Monday to Friday with exceptional days such as festivals, and national holidays.

We’re currently enjoying 100% consumer satisfaction and 0% returns. 

But if you wish to return or exchange, we accept return on all our ready to ship orders within 30 days of purchase as long as the product is in its original condition with tags attached, and not worn, washed and altered. 

Some of Sleeplove’s products are made-to-order and hence are specially made for you.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only incase of damage, wrong sizing, or wrong order being shipped. 

If you’d like to request early shipping, chat with us and we will try our best to accommodate your orders. We might charge additional shipping for the express delivery depending on your location.

We thoughtfully design, and manufacture our products ensuring minimal wastage, and opting sustainable materials.

Our Made to order production process lets us work with very minimal wastage during production. 

Our packaging is made with as much love as our products with zero plastic, and biodegradable packaging.
