Sleeplove ships All domestic orders (India) via our superstar shipping agent that works with all major courier companies - your shipment will be sent via Delhivery or Bluedart.
As soon as your order is received, it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process the order after which we will start production. Production timelines vary according to the product but we usually take 2 weeks to hand-dye, cut, stitch and pack your order. For a more clear timeline feel free to hit us up and we’ll try our best to whip it out sooner. After your order has been packed and approved we ship within 24 hours.
For all shipments within India please expect to receive your order within 10 business days from the shipped date. We'd love to ship out on weekends and holidays but the courier companies like their weekends and holidays just as much we do.
As soon as your order is shipped out, we will email your shipping confirmation and tracking number.
Bad weather, natural disasters, or clearance delays – Sleeplove is not responsible for any unexpected shipping delays. The best thing to do in situations like this would be to directly contact the courier company with the provided tracking number to receive updates.
For any failed attempts of delivery pertaining to an incorrect address, multiple failed attempts to reach you - Sleeplove does not take responsibility for shipping fees pertaining to the return shipment of your order. If your order is returned to us and it is to be sent to you again, you will have to respectfully pay the shipping fees once again. We would love to help you here which is why it's important to provide us with the correct shipping information from the get-go and enquire about any customs fees beforehand – if you require help with this, just ask.
