SleepLove offers made to order products based on customer's preferences and measurements and hence we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange of the product once the order is placed. However, should a size issue arise we are happy to make alterations to the existing garment. To know more please read our Alteration policy. There will be no returns and refunds will be accepted on sale products.
In case there is dissatisfaction with the quality of the garment, reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will ensure to resolve this at the best of our ability.
In the event of a sizing issue concerning a product we will be happy to make the required alterations to the existing product for which the charges would have to be borne by the customer.
The return of the garment will be the customer’s responsibility and any charges would have to be borne by the customer.
In case there is any sizing or measurement issue on our end, we would be happy to look at the issue and resolve it accordingly.
Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you. We at SleepLove take every effort to ensure the quality of the products. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available.
Returns of faulty goods must be returned to us within 7 days of being received with a detailed email to email@example.com.
If we cannot offer you a replacement, you will have the choice of receiving a credit note or a refund to your card for the value of the item at the time of purchase. Please note that refunds can take up to 30 days and are subject to regulations.
